Planning Earth specialise in providing expert planning and project control solutions to the construction industry on construction projects all over the world. With over 17 years' experience in the oil, gas and utilities sector, we pride ourselves in the delivery of excellent planning and programme management, using the latest up to date industry recognised software packages, including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and TILOS Time-Location planning software.

The ‘contract programme’ is integral to the successful delivery of a project in terms of construction execution and delivery within budget. Today, almost all clients ensure that every construction project awarded has a strict framework of project planning and control, to be followed by the contractor throughout the lifespan of the project, with failure to comply often resulting in financial implications for the contractor.

At Planning Earth, we not only understand how to operate the various software packages, but we also have a sound knowledge of technical aspects of many areas of the construction industry. We can manage the planning and programme requirements defined specifically in the contract documentation, in conjunction with the construction and commercial teams, from project inception throughout the construction phases, often providing programme support on the final account settlement.

We also provide specialised delay analysis and forensic planning in the adjudication and arbitration process and are currently providing planning advice and solutions to major projects in the UK, South America, Europe, Australia and South Africa.
